A sound therapy app that composes every session in real time — binaural frequencies, studio-recorded guided voice and ambient layers, assembled around your intention and the time you actually have. It also serves wellness practitioners, spas and hotels, as well as companies using it as a workplace wellbeing (QVT) tool.
Publishing what helps
people live better
BienMind designs, publishes and runs three brands around wellbeing and the art of living well: a sound therapy app, a natural wellbeing magazine and a family reunion organiser. Artificial intelligence lets us move fast and personalise — it never signs off on its own.
Three brands,
one common thread
Each lives under its own name, with its own audience and its own model. What they share is a way of working: start from a concrete need, use AI where it genuinely brings something, and say plainly what it did.
A daily magazine on natural wellbeing: food, yoga and meditation, plant remedies, healthy homes, sleep and the language of the body. Written by a community of authors and practitioners.
The family reunion and event organiser: cousinades, milestone birthdays, anniversaries, get-togethers. It replaces the spreadsheet, the WhatsApp group and the date poll — households are grouped by branch, guests reply without creating an account, and each household's share works itself out.
We publish content
and we run services
Content
Publications we edit ourselves: a daily magazine on natural wellbeing, and the sound therapy blog that extends Sonocrea. They live on readership and on recommendations we stand behind — never on commissioned copy dressed up as an article.
Services
Apps we design, host and develop ourselves. They are paid for as you use them or by subscription, with a free tier that is genuinely useful — not a three-day demonstration.
Three ways of taking care
Resting, looking after yourself, and living well with other people. Our brands do not occupy the same ground, but each of them answers one of those three needs.
Restore
Sound as a way into rest. Sessions composed on request, frequencies, guided voices.
Live well
Eating, breathing, sleeping and treating yourself naturally. A daily magazine rather than a stream of hurried advice.
Connect
Wellbeing does not stop at the body: it also rests on the people you keep seeing, and on the trouble of organising the occasions that bring them together.
AI composes.
We answer for it.
Publishing wellbeing with artificial intelligence invites a fair objection: producing fast and badly, on subjects where people are looking for help. We wrote a charter to answer it, and we hold to it.
- No text goes online without a human reading it.
- The share of AI is stated whenever it is significant.
- We do not give medical advice, and we say so.
- Paid links are flagged in the place where they appear.
- Our users' data stays hosted in Europe.
- No brand can buy an article in our publications.
A small house,
a long catalogue
BienMind is an independent house based in Paris. We do not work as an agency and we take no commissions: we publish our own brands, we fund them out of their own revenue, and we alone decide what gets published.
That format imposes a discipline — launch rarely, keep for a long time, and only open a new title once the previous one stands up on its own.
A publisher is judged as much by what it refuses to publish as by what it publishes.
Our editorial line, in one sentence.
Let's talk
A brand to introduce to our readers, a subject to propose, a press enquiry or the urge to write for one of our titles — we read everything.
