Publishing on wellbeing with artificial intelligence invites a fair objection: producing a great deal, fast and badly, on subjects where people are looking for help. We do not think the answer is to do without it. We think the answer is to say precisely who does what — and to answer for it.
From the idea to going live, each of our brands follows the same sequence. The order matters as much as the stages.
None of our projects began with an available technology. Each of them came out of a precise irritation: meditation apps that play the same file to everyone, the family reunion spreadsheet nobody dares to touch, the wellbeing article knocked out in twenty minutes to fill a page. If the annoyance does not fit into one sentence, we do not launch.
The editorial line, the vocabulary, the things the brand will never say: all of it is written before the first mock-up. That document then frames the models we use — a model given no written brief produces exactly what people hold against it.
AI generates, assembles, translates, structures and personalises. That is what allows a small team to run three brands: a sound therapy session that is unique to each listening, a countdown plan recalculated for every date, an article researched in a fraction of the usual time.
A person sets the guidelines, checks the output and makes the call. Our articles are reviewed, and on subjects that touch the body or the mind that review covers the sources as much as the style. Content generated on demand, such as a personalised session, is governed by rules and regular checks rather than read one piece at a time.

Our editorial content is reviewed by a person, with particular attention to accuracy, sources and tone. Content produced automatically or on demand (personalised sessions, automated messages) is governed by guidelines and checks that we design and review regularly. Spotted a mistake we missed? Tell us and we will fix it.
When artificial intelligence plays a significant part in something we produce, we say so where the reader meets it: on the article, on the generated session, on the product page, on generated visuals. When something is entirely human, we say that too.
Our content and our apps belong to wellbeing, not to care. We do not diagnose, we do not recommend treatments, and we never encourage anyone to stop a course of treatment. On sensitive subjects, we point to a health professional.
Affiliate links are marked where they appear, not only on some separate page. The price the reader pays stays the same. No brand can buy an article, a rating or a place in a ranking.
A product only enters our selections if someone in the house uses it or would recommend it to a friend. The selection is deliberately narrow; turning down a product costs us less than losing a reader's trust.
We collect what the service needs in order to work, and nothing more. Our users' data is hosted in Europe and the United States. We do not sell personal data on, to anyone, at any price.
Cancel or unsubscribe in one click, from inside the app, with no explanation and no phone call. Access stays open until the end of the period already paid for.
An error reported to us is corrected, and the correction is dated. We would rather show an amended article than rewrite history quietly.

They are written with one. AI is used for background research, for structure and for a first draft; the subject, the angle, the sources and the published version are decided and approved by a person. No text goes online without having been read in full.

What it does not do is decide the editorial line.
