These terms govern access to and use of the bienmind.com website, published by BienMind. Any consultation of the site implies full and unreserved acceptance of these terms.
1. Purpose of the site
bienmind.com is a corporate presentation website. It describes BienMind's activity and the brands it publishes. No product or service is sold on this site: commercial offers are made on the websites of each brand and are governed by their own general terms.
2. Access to the service
The site is accessible free of charge. Connection and equipment costs remain the user's responsibility. We endeavour to ensure continuous availability without being able to guarantee it: interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates or reasons beyond our control.
3. Proper use
The user undertakes not to:
- disrupt the operation of the site or attempt to access non-public areas;
- extract or re-use all or a substantial part of the content for commercial purposes;
- use automated scraping methods beyond what our
robots.txtfile permits; - reproduce the trade marks, logos and distinctive signs without written authorisation.
4. Nature of the content and absence of professional advice
The information published relates to well-being and lifestyle. It is provided for information purposes only and constitutes neither medical advice nor therapeutic, legal or financial advice. It in no way replaces the opinion of a qualified professional. The user remains solely responsible for the use they make of the information consulted.
5. Content produced with the assistance of artificial intelligence
Some content is produced with the assistance of artificial intelligence systems, on the terms described in our editorial charter. Despite systematic human review, inaccuracies may remain; reporting them to hello@bienmind.com will lead to a correction, which will itself be dated.
6. Intellectual property
All the content of the site is protected. Any unauthorised reproduction or representation is prohibited. Short quotation remains possible provided that the source is clearly stated and a link to the original page is included.
7. Links and third-party sites
The site contains links to the websites of our brands and to third-party websites. We exercise no control over the latter and disclaim all liability for their content and for their data practices. Some of the links on our media are affiliate links; they are identified as such.
8. Liability
BienMind uses reasonable means to ensure the accuracy of the information published, without guaranteeing that it is exhaustive or up to date at all times. BienMind cannot be held liable for any indirect damage arising from use of the site.
9. No provision of services
BienMind is a publisher and does not act as a service provider. No enquiry received through this site constitutes acceptance of an order or any contractual commitment on our part.
10. Amendment of the terms
These terms may be amended at any time. The applicable version is the one online at the time of consultation.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a disagreement, an amicable solution will be sought first by writing to hello@bienmind.com. Failing that, the French courts shall have jurisdiction.
